Identified

A recent phone provisioning code update has caused some Yealink phones to display “No Service,” potentially preventing calls from being made or received.

If your phone is affected, please try the following steps in order:

Reboot your phone:
Disconnect the phone's power, wait 10–15 seconds, and reconnect it. If powered via Ethernet (PoE), unplug and reconnect the network cable.
Allow the phone to restart: Wait a few minutes for the phone to reconnect and register.

Factory reset if necessary:
If the phone still displays “No Service,” a factory reset may be required. Follow the instructions below.
With the phone powered on, press and hold the physical OK button in the center of the directional pad for approximately 10 seconds.
When the “Reset to factory setting?” prompt appears, press the OK soft key on the phone’s screen to confirm.
Allow the phone to restart and complete provisioning. Do not disconnect power during this process.
Wait a few minutes for the phone to reconnect to the service
Allow the phone to restart fully. Do not disconnect power during this process.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we address this issue. If your phone continues to show “No Service” after these steps, please contact our support team for assistance.
