On Monday June 16, 2025, at 2AM local time we will be running maintenance on all Subscriber Modules on our BlackRock Site in order to upgrade firmware on the radios. The firmware upgrade will cause your radio equipment to reboot, causing a brief outage. The radio should come back up on its own and service will come back online. If your service does not come back up automatically, please reboot your router and Power over Ethernet Adapter and services should return to normal.
