Ting Internet / Simply Bits engineers will be performing maintenance to update firmware on our equipment at our Beacon Hill, Dove Mountain, Missle Base, MMC, Mountain View, and Tortolita Sites Thursday June 26th, 2025, 6:00AM - 7:00AM Mountain Standard Time.
During this maintenance, some customers in North Tucson in and surrounding areas may experience a brief service disruption after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible. If your service is not automatically restored. please power cycle your Router and Power over Ethernet Adapter that connects to the Internet (WAN) port on your router.
