Our engineers have implemented a permanent fix, and our support teams have since been thoroughly monitoring and verifying that service is restored for our affected customers. We continue to closely monitor the situation tonight, but do not expect further interruptions.

We just wanted to update that some customers may still be impacted by the issues, however, we continue to work with our engineers and vendors on a permanent fix, which we hope to have soon. We will provide more information on this as it becomes available, and again, we appreciate your patience.

Monitoring
a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Our monitoring and testing is showing customers affected have service again normally at this time.

If you are seeing an issue, please reboot the router which should resolve the issue for you once it restarts. We are continuing to monitor the service closely for any further issues. Thank you for your patience.

Update
At this time our Network Operations and Architecture teams are fully engaged with our vendor partner to resolve the issue affecting some customers in Culver City and Fullerton, CA.

The issue is causing affected customers to be unable to obtain an IP address, which means they are unable to get internet service at this time. There is no immediate workaround to restore service.

Further updates to our previous update, the aforementioned DHCP issue has appeared to impacted also our Culver City customers as well. We will provide additional information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Further to our last update, some of our Fullerton customers appear to also be experiencing DHCP issues, which are not resolved simply by rebooting their equipment. You can rest assured this has been escalated internally and we will provide more information as it becomes available. We appreciate your patience.

Please note we identified issues earlier today which caused a brief service disruption to most of our customers in Fullerton, CA. A fix has been implemented, however, if you are still without service at this time, please reboot your ONT (Ting Internet fiber modem) and Router, which should resolve the issue immediately. If issues persist beyond that, please call into Support at 1-844-846-4994 (Available 24/7) for troubleshooting. Thank you.
