Ting Internet / Simply Bits engineers will be performing maintenance on our equipment at our Los Altos, Redington Ranch, and Tubac Sites Wednesday June 25th, 2025, 12:00AM - 1:00AM Mountain Standard Time.

During this maintenance, some customers may experience a brief service disruption after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible. If your service is not automatically restored. please power cycle your Router and Power over Ethernet Adapter that connects to the Internet (WAN) port on your router.
