We have been able to restore service to customers on our Hilton East Tower Site. We continue to work towards restoring service at our Winestt Site on E 18th Street. Do to site access restrictions we may not be able to fully restore service to that site until around 12PM Local time on Wednesday September 16th, 2026. We are exploring all possible workarounds and updates will be posted here as they become available

Several Power Outages in East Tucson are impacting one of our Tower Sites causing loss of internet to some customers in the area. We are closely monitoring the issue and we understand that Tucson Electric Power is working to get power restored to all customers in the impacted areas. When power is restored most customers will see their connection to the internet restore automatically. If you are still not getting an internet connection please power cycle your Simply Bits Power Adapter to reboot your radio and also power cycle your router.
