We have an emergency maintenance situation that must be resolved tonight to prevent unanticipated downtime due to construction. Potentially impacted customers are in the northwest area of Wake Forest.

During the maintenance window our techs will cut an existing aerial to underground transition, reroute through new conduit and then re-splice to original conditions. Customers will experience downtime during this transition, and services will be restored automatically as fiber is repaired.
