Update

Our engineers have identified further work required to correct the issue. At this time we will be performing emergency maintenance at 12:45pm MT. During this time you will degraded service for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Once complete we believe we will see a resolution to the overall issue.

We have seen a recurrence of the issues experienced yesterday. We are reviewing with our engineers to determine next steps at this time.

The Maintenance to address the issue we were seeing was successfully completed overnight and has remained stable now for 2 hours. We will continue to monitor during the day to ensure no further problems.

Update

Ting Internet customers in Colorado Springs may experience performance degradation or slowness this evening with potential for service drops requiring the rebooting of equipment to restore service.

To address this issue Ting will be performing emergency maintenance on our network at 4:00 AM MT. We will post any further information as it becomes available.
