Our repair vendor has provided an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) of 2:00 AM. Our field crews will be on-site first thing tomorrow morning between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM to begin blowing and splicing fiber. We anticipate full service restoration by 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM tomorrow.

We have identified conduit damage in two separate places. Repairs will require new conduit to be bored underground. Drill crews are anticipated to arrive within the hour, with excavation work starting within two. Due to the complexity of repair and severity of the damage, we are not able to offer a specific ETR and repairs may continue until the morning. More information will be added here as it becomes available, and we thank you for the patience as we work to repair this fiber strike.
