Update
We are seeing a wide-spread outage affecting parts of northwest Colorado, including Glenwood Springs, Colorado Springs, Silt, Rifle, Parachute Carbondale, etc. Engineers are working to determine root cause and full impact. No ETA is yet available for a fix while investigation is underway but we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible with updates to come here.

Field Operations have advised that damaged fiber has been located and repair operations have begun. A local boring operation damaged a possible 12 and 72 strand fiber cable.

Engineers have identified a network fault impacting local transport services with an upstream provider that appears to be the root cause of this issue. We are working with the vendor in question to resolve. No estimated repair time at present but will update here as more information is available.
