Our engineers were able to restore the access point without needing to replace it. All affected customers should now be online. We will be monitoring the issue for a bit longer to make sure it does not re-surface.

Identified

One of the access points of our tower on Gila Monster Rd in Vail, AZ has gone down and was unable to be restored with our normal troubleshooting means.
About 10 customers are affected as a result - Our infrastructure team is on route to this tower to replace the access point. Once replaced, connections should begin to start restoring automatically.
