This problem results from the flapping of an uplink from Ting infrastructure, and the resulting routing changes when it goes offline and comes back. A ticket has been raised, and mitigation efforts are underway to weight traffic in a different direction. The impact of this will generally be temporarily higher than normal ping times due to preferring a longer data path, but the packet drop should be reduced. Once the overall issue is resolved routing will return to normal.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue that is causing higher than normal packet drops along some routes out of our Colorado markets. Some systems may report this packet drop as instability or intermittent disconnections, though not all traffic is affected. Our network operations team is working on an overall solution and more details / an ETR will be posted here once information is available.
