Ting Internet / Simply Bits engineers will be performing maintenance to update firmware on our equipment Thursday May 15th, 2025, 2:00AM - 5:00AM Mountain Standard Time.

During this maintenance, customers may experience a brief service disruption after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible.
