On February 13th from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM February 14th, Ting Internet engineers will perform maintenance on our network. The maintenance will impact customers in Redfields, Eagles Landing, and the surrounding areas, and those customers will be contacted directly with notification of the maintenance. During the maintenance window, impacted customers will experience an interruption in service for some or all of the maintenance window, after which service will be restored automatically. We'll be working hard to ensure the downtime is as minimal as possible.
