Ting engineers will be performing an emergency maintenance the night of Jan 11th to Jan 12th 2023 beginning at 2 AM in order to resolve a hardware issue that has led to some recent outages in the Mill Creek / Lake Reynovia area. After working with hardware vendors we have identified a problem that is the most likely culprit for the outages and are working to resolve them as fast as possible. 

During the maintenance window you may experience a service disruption for 15-30 minutes as updates are applied. Your service will be automatically restored once maintenance is concluded and no specific action on your part should be necessary.
