Some apartment buildings are still offline due to this issue, and will be resolved as soon as possible tomorrow morning. Our apologies for the extended downtime as we work with the property managers in question to gain access to equipment for resolution as soon as possible.

We have identified an issue causing a service outage for apartment buildings in the 1st street area of Charlottesville. We already have a technician on site working with our network engineers to troubleshoot the issue. We do not yet have an ETA at this time but hope to resolve this as soon as possible.
