Identified

We have identified a sector of our tower on Mount Bigelow Rd that is currently offline which is affecting service for 8 customers. Our infrastructure team is unable to access this tower due to blocked access - US forest service is performing controlled burns in this area. These customers will have services restored once we re-gain access.
